I welcome you to First Five Early Learning Cranbourne. As the Centre Manager, I am proud to lead a team of skilled early childhood education professionals who provide high-quality care. I am committed to providing a high-quality learning environment for young children and my team. By working closely with families, I provide children with opportunities to be successful in their learning. In partnership with families, I am passionate about supporting all children’s wellbeing, learning and development. I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services and have been working as a Centre Manager for 17 years in early years services. My style of leadership is to produce more leaders, rather than more followers. I believe that great leaders are also leading learners in their profession. I am committed to ongoing learning myself to ensure learning across the service can flourish.
